I can't retrieve my progress

i can't retrieve my progress when i try to logged in to my samsung tablet. I have logged out/ logged back in and reintsalled the app as well.

If your progress isn’t appearing on your Samsung tablet, it usually means the game isn’t connecting to the same account where your progress is saved.

A couple of quick things to double-check:

* Make sure you’re logged into the same account you used before (King account, Facebook, or Google Play)
* Confirm that you’re signing in via the Settings menu inside the game, not just the device settings
* If you were previously playing on another device, make sure that device is also connected to the same account

Since you’ve already tried reinstalling and logging out and back in, the next step would be to contact Player Support, as they can securely look up your account and help restore your progress.
