Candy Crush will NOT let me login no matter what i do, says offline.

I have went through many posts and most of them are unfinished conversations and nothing that helps.

I do not want to restart all of my progress, I am on iphone which means cache deletes differently than android and I am still having a hard time deleting my cache. Aside from that the app will not let me contact the store, see my bars, nor let me login. It states that I am always offline even when not, I have tried everything other discussion posts have said is there any way King can fix this issue?

My facebook account is not connected to candycrush but im pretty sure my icloud is, another issue im having is connecting this king account to facebook with the following:

Choose the option "Account", then down at the bottom select "Score and progression sync"
Select "Sync progress" and you will be asked to log in to your Facebook account.

It does not list that in the settings.

I am not sure what Kings/Candy Crushes problem is but you guys need to sort it out because I am not the only one having with this issue AND its been ongoing for many years.

This is a far shot, and Alienscar is probably right in their comment, but just in case: Whenever I have a connection problem on my iPhone I close the app by swiping it off the page like all apps. I reboot the phone and make sure I have wifi and then load the app store. I go into the app store and from there inside the app store click on the Candy Crush app. Because I have already downloaded the app the tab there states "open" for the app. Then the app should load and connect to the app store. I find that the problem for me is never the internet connection but the connection to King's Server, which is via the app store. When I have connection problems I always find that it is because the app store hadn't loaded when I was loading Candy Crush, so it loaded in offline mode. It takes a long time for the game to load as there is so much clutter. (I have an old iPad which always breaks down and reboots when I try to load the game because it takes so long to load that the battery can't cope)

You are right @aners the problem displayed in your screenshot has been affecting the game for years.

This isn't what you want to hear but there is no fix for your issue. The advice given whenever the red banner appears is to contact Player Support.

As far as I know though Player Support has never helped anyone that has suffered from this error.
