how do I add a gift card to my game

Hi @carolbrown101 🙂 Gift cards aren’t added directly inside the game. Instead, you redeem them through the app store you’re using, and then use the balance in Candy Crush.
Here’s how it works:
Once the gift card is added to your store account, you can use that balance to make purchases in the game as usual.

Whenever we see ads, when the ad ends, the app restarts, not giving the rewards and making us lose the game we are playing, this is happening with all ads and all rewards.
