Cant login “not online”

Hello. I used to be logged in on my phone but I must have gotten logged out. I recently picked the game back up so now I definitely don't want to lose progress. Every time I try to log in it says i’m “not online” I’ve tried every way and all the google solutions end by saying reinstall the app but i’m scared to lose my progress im almost at level 800! Help!

Okay. I do see that first message so how will King Support know i’m not just lying about my level and actaully reinstate my progress?

King will know you aren't lying because you will have provide them with your game ID @savannahc

If it is then Google is correct and there is no known fix for this issue.

All you can do is delete your app and start a new game.

Once you have done this though you can contact King Player Support to get your old progress reinstated. It won't show levels that you completed on the first attempt but at least you won't have to play the 800 levels again.

If you play on an Apple device make sure you delete your game history from the iCloud before you install the app again.

Then this is normally not an issue. Just X out of it and carry on

Make sure you are signing in correctly.

When you sign into your game with an email and password you must use the LOG IN WITH EMAIL option and NOT the SIGN UP WITH EMAIL option.

Hello everyone! I’ve gotten logged in and king support actually sent me up a level and sent me some boosters my way that i lost in the process!

I am glad that things got fixed quickly for you and that you received some boosters.

Did you have to reinstall the app, or did Support just fix your existing game?

Sorry to hear your game isn’t connecting… A quick check can usually fix it:
1️⃣ Make sure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile network.
2️⃣ Close the game completely and reopen it.
3️⃣ If it still doesn’t connect, try restarting your device.

Game dumps after ad plays. Cach emptied also, same with cc soda
Can't play watching ads because the game aborts after the ads start. It was hit and miss before, now every time the ads play.
