Hello - I had 60+ of the 200 allowed lives. Yesterday when I logged in and played my available lives was 0. What is going on?
Hi @RBM0417, thanks for reaching out. I understand how confusing and frustrating that must have been to log in and suddenly see your lives at zero.
Lives are stored locally on the device. That means things like a game update, device update, reinstall, or even certain system changes can cause stored lives to reset. When that happens, there unfortunately isn’t a way for us to restore them.
I know that’s not the answer anyone wants to hear, and I’m really sorry about the inconvenience.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
