ABOUT Candy Mix Pack: 20 Gold Bars + Bonus Treats!

On December 30th, I redeemed a Candy Mix Pack: 20 Gold Bars + Bonus Treats!

It said I could redeem it 5 times for 20 Gold Bars + bonus snacks, but I only redeemed it the first time after the order was placed. I can't find where to redeem it for the next four times. Has anyone else bought the same item? How to redeem it? Thanks.

I want to clarify something important: official Candy Crush Saga bundles will always show a price in the game shop. We don’t have any offers that appear with a $0.00 price or that can be redeemed multiple times without a clearly displayed cost in-game.

Based on the screenshot you shared, this doesn’t look like an offer coming directly from Candy Crush Saga itself. To help us understand this better, could you let us know where you saw or accessed this bundle? For example, was it shown inside the game, or somewhere else (like another app or store page)?

I've never seen the pack in the game. The only evidence is the attached file, my proof of purchase in the google play store.

Just to make sure we’re looking at the same thing, could you let me know if you still see this Candy Mix Pack in your game? If so, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the offer as it appears now?

I’m asking because I don’t currently see the same bundle on my side, and the way multi-use offers work can vary depending on how they’re presented in-game. Once we see what you’re seeing, I can check how this bundle is meant to be redeemed and help clarify the next steps.
