Why the constant glitch on 3rd ad?

I've been getting burned alot lately. When I'm out of moves & I choose to watch the ads for bonus moves & such,when I get to the 3rd & most important bonus,the ad pops up,but it has the arrow that spins in circles on it. I'm unable to watch the ad & therefore lose out on the bonus. This has caused me to lose races,streaks & other important events. I get the feeling that this is not accidentally because it only occurs when I have alot to gain by finishing the level & finishing the level would have been accomplished if I were to recieve the 3rd bonus.

Hello @RandyDuran I don't think this is deliberate. It is a connection error and King have been trying to reduce these over the past year.

However, the game is still very data hungry and access to the server is required at many points during play. The game may load and connect but then lose connection while we are playing, and this is often not obvious when it occurs.

There are some methods to reduce the chances of us losing connection to the server. One is to make sure you have a stable wifi or 5G connection. 4G or shared wifi networks are not enough to play this game properly. Check your connection to the server regularly while playing. If you can load the shop (you don't need to buy anything, just check it loads) and can access other player's player cards then that is a good sign. Many of the events play normally even if we have lost connection so it can be easy to miss when we lose our connection. If in doubt force close and reopen the app until it loads properly, you see other player icons on the map screen and see the shop load normally. You can do this between playing levels and will not lose your progress.

If you find that you often lose connection between watching ads like this then it might be advisable to choose the pay gold bars option for extra moves instead of the ads option. I use this option myself and have found it is often cheaper: Sometimes the ads are not enough and then the game will try to make you spend 16 gold to finish the level. By using the 10 gold option I find I save gold gold bars in my game and never have to sit though boring ads.
