Hello. I can see you are stuck on a Spearmint Snowstorm level. Some of these are impossible to pass.
I see that you have a 1 on the episode race flag. If you give up now you would lose the chance to win the gold bars from the race. This is a problem as you must never run out of gold bars in Candy Crush and winning episode races is the best way to earn free gold. So this is a tough choice you have to make here: I would not advise you to spend real money for the first time to buy gold. Anyone who has played this far without spending money should be careful: Once you spend money you will lose any chance to watch ads for boosters or moves.
However, if you are already someone who has spent money on offers in the game then buying just 10 gold bars at this point would earn you the prize for the episode race and that might help you back on your feet.
Either way my advice would be to NOT start the next episode right away. Give the game a break until at least January 19th. The Spearmint Snowstorm event will then be finished and the game also helps players stuck on one level for over a week with easier boards and better events.
The more we play the harder the game gets.

I don't get my Gold even in I win a race or any other challenge
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
