Ads that start with green line across bottom problem

Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time.

Only the green line ones have problem.

Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner. Click x , supposed to exit or go to next page of ad. Usually goes to ad's web page. When you try to return to candy crush , it stuck in loop of web page etc. sometimes it restarts candy crush from the beginning and I lose my place in game.

Please get rid of green line starts of ads

Whether this happens with every ad that has the green line, or only some of them
Roughly when this started happening
A screenshot of anu ads with green lines at the bottom.

If you haven’t already, it may also help to:

Fully close and reopen the game
Restart your device
Make sure the game is fully up to date

I can’t remove specific ads directly, but I can pass this information on so it can be looked into, especially if it’s causing crashes and lost progress.

Where do you report ads?...
It says report ads in the chat but then chat says this... Several ads aren't closable and lead you to the play store. Especially SHEIN and Ibotta!
