It says report ads in the chat but then chat says this... Several ads aren't closable and lead you to the play store. Especially SHEIN and Ibotta!
Hey there @mjhlaw apologies for the frustration with this issue - when you say that you can't report ads - do you mean when you go to the help center and press "Chat with us"? Just wanted to clarify so that we can fix this, we of course want everyone to be able to report ads that aren't wanted in the King games.

That has a report advert choice.
That doesn't work! You can't report ads in chat. The AI tells you once you try . Ad choices doesn't work in the app either. So there is no fix and it almost seems intentional. If I discover there is no real concern to fix issues like this I will delete everything King. I'm sure it all comes down revenue from ads and I'm not interested in playing games with money grabbing intent. Over it

I have done this before but these ads you can't even do that. Clicking it does nothing. Shein and Ibotta both and those ads get repeated over and over
Some adverts can be reported directly from the advert you are watching @mjhlaw
Look out for the small 'Ad' button that appears on the bottom left of some adverts.
Here is an example
Once you press it you will see the options shown below.
Select broken
I did this for some adverts and I am sure that it made a difference after about a week of doing this
