Level freezes mid-play, losing boosters and win streak

level 7928 game froze. Lost super color bombs again bumped out of races and lost win streak again. It’s not my internet. Getting tired of having to spend money, earning things and getting bumped out by freezing. Its frustrating

yes restarted game due to couldn’t even finish the move started. Yes chain reaction and on Apple iPad . Ap is totally updated I play often

Just so we can better understand what’s going on, could you help clarify a couple of things?

When the level froze, were you unable to make any moves or use boosters, forcing you to restart the game?
Do you remember if anything specific happened just before it froze, for example triggering a special candy combo or a big chain reaction?

It would also help to know:

Which device you’re playing on
Your game app version
