I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256.
Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10.

Could you please try the following to force a clean sync:
• Log out of the game • Close the game completely • Restart your device • Open the game again and connect it using the same login method you originally used to back up your progress (Facebook, King account, or the correct email) • Stay connected to the internet and leave the game open on the map for a few minutes so it can sync
If you previously played on another account or email, make sure you’re signing in with that exact one, as logging into a different account can load a new game save.
If the gold bars still don’t appear after trying this. Please email Player Support Team so they can take a look in your game.
