It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
Hello @dobiejr If you have spent 400 gold bars to pass a single level then you are using a strategy that is fatally flawed:
Trying to hold on to a win streak at all costs is very costly in Candy Crush Saga. If you cannot pass a level on your first attempt never spend more than 10 gold bars on additional moves. Replay the level until the game adds so many additional moves for 10 gold bars that you are certain you can pass. The game offers up to 255 additional moves for 10 gold bars. Almost every level can therefore be passed with one payment of 10 gold.
However:
In fact this level is broken. It cannot be passed as King have changed the colours of the candies that drop, so yellow candies no longer drop and I think instead we see blue candies. Anyone should be able to realise this error after playing a few moves and players should realise that the situation is hopeless before spending all their gold bars. It is quite obvious that a level that does not drop the required colour is broken. It needs to be reported to Player Support.
Replay the level and hopefully the game will then give you the "lucky pass" I see when I try to play this level:
There have been several posts here about this. It may be that the lucky pass only shows up on a second attempt. I am unable to play a single move, the game gives me an automatic pass immediately when I enter the level. If you do not see this automatic pass on replay then please come back here to report this.
Please could you check you have the latest version of the game installed, which is update 1.318.0.1 If this is the update you play and you still see this error please come back to us. Which device are you playing on? You should see a "lucky pass" though at the moment I cannot verify if this is still so this morning.
I got to this level with boosters, it automatically kicked me out with ' unable to win level', and no other option. Definitely broken!!
The levels DO NOT get any easier! I'm in the 12,000 range, and I'm having a hard time trying to get through the levels without using many, many bars. If the "fun" of the game doesn't come back, then I won't be playing much longer. Hope you have better luck!

II have been playing this level since 3 days now and I have not been able to pass so I need assistance
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?

On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
