Just to clarify, ads including Sweet Cinema aren’t guaranteed to be available all the time.

Ads can also disappear if:

There are no ads available at that moment
The game doesn’t have a stable internet connection
The feature is temporarily unavailable for your account

You can try:

Closing and reopening the game
Making sure you’re connected to the internet
Playing a few levels and checking again later

If the ads don’t come back after some time and you feel something isn’t right, the best next step is to contact Player Support through the game app, where they can check your account directly.
