Boosts not received

On 28 of December I paid 2.99 € for booster and I didn't t receive it . I did it again 2.99 and didn't receive it . On 30 December I paid 3.99 for booster and again I didn't receive it. I did those by paysafe card. All three times they double charge me and send me back the one payment. So I lost 2.99+2.99+3.99 € and had no booster.

Ads that start with green line across bottom problem
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
