Please help me reconnect my game to my new Facebook account

I’ve been playing Candy Crush Saga since 2016, and my game was connected to my old Facebook account, which has recently been disabled. Because of that, my game progress is no longer linked to Facebook. I’m concerned that if the app is uninstalled or any issue occurs, I might lose all my saved progress. Please help me reconnect my game to my new Facebook account to keep my data safe and continue playing without losing years of progress.

Where are disconnected option,,?

If you still see your progress on the game app on your mobile device, that means it’s stored locally there, even if your old Facebook account is no longer available. In that case, you can secure it by linking it to a King account instead of Facebook.

Here’s what I’d recommend:

Open the game on the device where you can still see your progress
Take a quick note or screenshot of your current level, just for reference
Go to Settings in the game
If the game is still connected to Facebook, disconnect it
Choose the option to create or log into a King account (email login)
Follow the steps to link your current progress to that King account

Once that’s done, your progress will be safely backed up and no longer depend on Facebook.

If anything doesn’t sync correctly or your progress doesn’t show up after creating the King account, don’t worry. You can contact Player Support through the game and let them know:

You created a new King account
Your progress didn’t sync
What level you were on

They’ll be able to help restore your progress to the correct account.

Where are disconnected option,,?

New gift card pop up is freezing and crushing multiple games
Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.

Changing from Facebook Account to Gmail

I was on Level 9393. Tonight I logged into Candy Crush on my laptop and it started me on Level 1. It took me 15 years to get to that level
