Fraudulent transaction

I am having an issue with Candy crush today. I was trying to buy an medium offer on candy crush worth 200 gold bars and treats for $21.64 and they actually ended charging my card 2 times and didn't give me anything. Now they cancelled one transaction giving me money back but they still originally have charged my card now of the 21.64 and I still have yet to receive my gold bars and treats. They need to either give me my treats and gold bars or just give me money back entirely.

Hi @Fabo32 thanks for explaining what happened. I can understand why this is worrying, especially when a payment is involved.

Issues with charges, refunds, or missing purchases need to be handled directly by Player Support, as they’re the only ones who can securely check your transaction history and make sure either the items are delivered or the charge is fully refunded.

Here’s how to use it:

Go to the Help Center
Open any article that matches your issue
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Chat With Us”

When you contact them, make sure to mention that:

You were charged twice
One transaction was refunded
The remaining charge hasn’t been refunded and the items weren’t received

If you receive a support ticket number and need help following up, feel free to come back here and let us know.
