when I logged in I got a pop-up saying I’d won boosters, this was followed by a pop-up saying I’d won 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive them. Anybody know what these were about?
That's apparently the same issue I've seen in Tuesday on my Android device where not one but three gift cards all worth 430 Gold bars were shown, one with 200 bars, one with 30 bars and another with 200 bars. Claimed but not added. Definitely an issue.

I understand your frustration — seeing an in-game pop-up mentioning a “Gift Card” but getting nothing actually added to your account when you accept it.
This is a known issue and it’s currently under investigation. Please be assured that we’re aware and working on it.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
