In my account section I have it turned on to receive emails and offers from King but I never receive any emails or offers.
No problem @Deal_One . This new layout makes duplicate entries common due to glitches in the draft process. You can discard a duplicate post before it is posted, but not after it posts. Once posted, you can edit the post to remove content.
They said that the feature of getting emails and offers is not available to everyone. However since I reached out they gave me 3 color bombs for being an active player.
@Deal_One, I am glad you reached out and got a response from Player Support. Can you share any details from their response? Other players might appreciate that information.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
