Not getting reward for watching ad

I read on a previous thread to start a new one when this happens again. It only gives the reward about half the time.

Last time it happened was 8:24 PM Newfoundland time
App on Android phone.
Ad is Apple TV, specifically for the second season of Hijack.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game with video ads! We get lots of complaints about faulty ads. Fortunately, we have a process for reporting faulty ads to the Player Support team. Tap 👉HERE👈 for instructions on how to report an ad. The initial reply is always an automated response. You might be asked for more information and screenshots, so be sure to reply to the first message. Once you can see a ticket number in the title, you can be sure your issue has been assigned to a person. That person will refer the ad to the quality team who will review it and take appropriate actions as necessary.

FYI — I have sometimes been able to use the "back" button on my mobile device to exit an ad and be returned to my game. I may not get the reward for watching the ad, but the game is not closed. Maybe this will work for you, but other players have not found it works for them.
