When a purchase goes through but the gold bars don’t appear, this needs to be checked directly by Player Support, as they’re the only ones who can look at payment records and either deliver the items or make sure the charge is refunded.
Please contact Player Support through the game app:
When you contact them, mention that you were charged for 50 gold bars but didn’t receive them. If you have a receipt or transaction ID, include that as well.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
