Candy Crush Saga payment for gold bars

I am at my wits' end, not knowing where to go to solve my small dilemma. When I pay for gold bars CC shows it is asking PayPal for money from an email address I deleted 2 years ago. I cannot find where to go to change this email address for the game, or do I have to do it in Facebook? I have spent hours on the phone with PayPal, who just keep saying I only have my current address showing at their end, yet they still pay out on the old address. Help please.
