Why is that the level will start again whenever minimize or something interrupt the game
It has always been that way as far as I am aware @sm001. Any action that acts as if you are navigating away from the game results in the game restarting. So, minimising the game to see another app/tab counts as closing the game. A phone call that you answer will stop your game as well.
Anything that causes your game to restart in the middle of playing a level counts as an automatic fail of the the level. You will lose a life and have to start the level again

Just want to make sure I’m understanding you correctly. Are you saying that if something interrupts the game, like switching apps or getting a phone call, the level restarts when you go back to the game, even if you were in the middle of it?

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
