Recover my old progress mistakly lost

Hello Candy Crush Support Team,

My Candy Crush Saga game progress has been lost unexpectedly. I had reached a high level after spending a lot of time playing the game, but now my progress has reset.

I was previously logged in with my account, but after reinstalling the app / changing my device / updating the game (choose what applies), my progress did not restore.

Please help me recover my lost progress. I really enjoy this game and would appreciate your support.

Hi @sajankattel, thanks for explaining that. I understand that you were already logged in with the same account as before, so let’s double-check the sync just once more.

If you haven’t tried this yet, could you please:

Fully close the game
Restart your device
Open the game again and log in using the same email address you know was used to back up your progress
Stay connected to the internet for a few minutes to give the game time to sync

Sometimes progress doesn’t load right away after a reinstall or device change and needs a fresh restart to reconnect properly.

If your progress still doesn’t appear after doing this, the next step would be to contact Player Support through the game app, as they can look directly at your account and restore the progress if needed. We also have a guide here in the community that explains how to reach Player Support from the game.

Let me know if you’ve already tried these steps or how it goes, and we’ll take it from there.
