Just to confirm, Player Support is aware that there have been a few reports like this, and this has already been flagged to the team so it’s being looked into.
That said, Alienscar is right: from the community side, we’re not able to manually grant or replace missing rewards. The best next step for anyone affected is to contact Player Support directly through the game app, as that’s the only place where they can securely check account details and investigate what happened.
You can reach them by going to Settings → Help & Support → Contact Us in the game. This makes sure they have all the information they need to look into your specific case. We have a guide here how to reach out to support!

I don't know why you haven't received the gold after collecting all 135 Pins, but I do know that it is a common complaint.
I am afraid that all you can do is contact King Player Support they are the only ones that can help you.
