hello- could someone please help me by sending information on how I can get my progress back. I was level 6000+ and gone back to level 1😭😭😭

Hello @Denise6208 and Welcome to this King Community. How frustrating it is that you have lost your progress in Candy Crush Saga. Fortunately, your progress might not be lost if you have a King account. Check out the following article from our Help Center.

If that doesn't help, your should contact King's Player Support team. You can contact them while in your game as follows:

Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

This way the Player Support Team will have information about your account and device, and they will be better able to assist you. 😊
