Super Ball disappeared without losing it!

I had the Super bubble ball and was doing good. All of a sudden, it wasn't there anymore in the form of the Super bubble! I was on a role and used several gold bars but the Super Ball didn't show and other bubble ball didn't act like the regular Super. When I finally got to a point I couldn't go on, it showed the Super Ball on top and said, you don't want to lose the super ball! I think King OWES ME!!!

Hello @justshirl. I understand how frustrating it can be to earn the Super Color Bomb and have it disappear prematurely. This issue has been reported before and we had hoped it had been fixed. I will forward the issue to our manager to have it investigated again.

In the meantime, you can reach out to King's Player Support team through your game:

Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

This way the Player Support Team will have your account and device details and will see that the issue has returned💚
