Y'all level 230 is a nightmare, I used up all my powerups my lives, my gold bars, my everything….like why is a level so hard

If you are out of gold and boosters this early on in the game you need to quit and uninstall the app. If you continue to play you will have to spend a lot of money to get anywhere in the game. I have some tips here if you would like to reinstall the game and start again from level one:
Welcome to the harsh reality of Candy Crush Saga.
It's best to think of CCS as a resource management game. Always leave each episode with more gold bars than you had before, and spend your gold bars and boosters wisely. For example, don't use boosters if you have to use a lot of them to guarantee a victory. Similarly, don't spend gold bars on extra moves if you can't know for sure that you're going to win.
Lots of levels are designed to get you to spend boosters and gold bars. They're unavoidable, so you'll have to roll with the punches and budget accordingly.
When you're spending gold bars on extra moves, you generally want to wait until the third attempt. If you run out of moves on your third attempt, the offer will be 25 extra moves and a UFO for just 10 gold bars. This deal will almost 100% guarantee a victory as long as you were playing decently well before running out of moves. Every odd-numbered attempt after the third will also include a UFO with the extra moves.
