Weekly Challenge

How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!

The players you compete with are picked by a computer to match your own playing style. If you play a lot you get harder opponents. If you yourself have not played for a few weeks you would be given newbies who stopped playing after a few levels (If you don't trust me feel free to test this out by not playing Candy Crush for two weeks). The event is fixed that way. The other players are not real and do not see you in their games.

King choose newbies for all of us in this event, regardless of which level we are at. In practice, given that the others are not real but chosen by the game to make the event "challenging", what level the others are at makes no difference to how difficult it is to beat them.

I understand your concern with competing against players at a lower level in Candy Crush Saga, and will gladly share this with the Studio.

While in some features it might be more beneficial to have reached a higher level, I can see how with this event this might not be the case. While we cannot adjust this for you right now, your experience has been shared with our team to take into account with future updates to this event.
