Sour skull error

Why are the sour skulls not working as they usually do?
I was just playing level 13990 and the sour skulls wouldn't activate after they've been touched by a candy nor after a wrapped candy exploded.
It cost me my episode race and streak.
Why is CC getting so glitchy?

No, I will not send you a screenshot or video.
I did that for another problem and it did nothing besides costing me time and energy.
Or is it now possible to upload all video formats here?

It is exactly how I described it.
The sour skull blocker is broken and doesn't react to matching candies like it's supposed to.

Just fix it.

I updated CC yesterday.

Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.

How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.

Unable to log in to my account with facebook
Since 3-4 days ago, I am unable to log in with my facebook account. Yes, I tried everything that I could find online, all the helps and tricks, but it still doesn't work. Probably lost 10 years of progress and about 12000 levels… I am fuming… Whatever I do, I get this message…
