this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.

I think the latest changes in the app have removed this problem altogether now: Levels that in the past would have shown the "oops" and reshuffled no longer exist: They were either written out of the game or grant an automatic "lucky moment" pass as shown by the screenshot in this thread.
Level 11297 was changed from yellow to blue candies during the Winter Cup and ever since then has given players this "lucky moment" pass because it is impossible to collect yellow candies from it. It might be an idea if you could report this level to the authorities because the AI seems to not have spotted the error in it. It should get fixed to have yellow candies again, or the order should be changed to blue candies. Either way, this level is broken. The only reason players aren't complaining about it is because of the "lucky moment" feature.
Please update your game @syreetanicole24 . This level is known to be broken, but the latest game version allows players to automatically pass it when they open it.

Sometimes levels that are "lost" without making a move are designed with only a single move to start. It is important NOT to select a booster from your inventory or by watching an ad with which to start the level. Otherwise, the designed move is not available. Does that explanation make sense for your issue?
If not, can you share a screenshot of your opening game board? Some of our players might be able to offer other suggestions after seeing the opening biard.

Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
Why are the sour skulls not working as they usually do? I was just playing level 13990 and the sour skulls wouldn't activate after they've been touched by a candy nor after a wrapped candy exploded. It cost me my episode race and streak. Why is CC getting so glitchy?
