To help us understand what happened, could you let us know:

Were you previously logged in with a King account, Facebook, or email?
Did this happen after changing devices, reinstalling the game, or logging out?
Which device are you currently playing on?

If your game was backed up, the first thing to try is logging back in using the same account/email you used before. We also have a guide with steps you can try HERE

Let us know what you’ve tried so far and what’s stopping you from getting your progress back, and we’ll help from there.
