I was first to finish my race yesterday, but at the end I didn’t received my reward and race disappear. Now I am playing in new episode and there is also no race.
Hello @nadesto . Before you contact player support about this: Are you quite sure your game is connected to King's server? To test this out check if you see other players on your map screen and if you can load their player cards if you click on their picture/avatar. You could try clicking on player cards in your friends list as well to check. If the player cards don't load then you have lost connection to the server and need to force close the app. Then check that your wifi is good and then open the app again so it will reload to get the start page which will look like this:
If you play one old level, pass or fail, all the events should then load, including the episode race. If you see an exclamation mark next to the flag click on it and you should be able to claim the prize.
