Frustrating

Sometimes watching add for extra moves it stops at zero and nothing else so no rewards! All you can do is exit with nothing so is this built in because it is happening too often!

Watching videos can be rewarding to some players and annoying to others. Therefore, tests are done with different players across different King games to ensure the best player experience. Unfortunately, some ads do not work as intended and I share your frustration when that happens. The best way to make the King advertisement team aware of issues is to use the process described in the following article from our Help Center.

In addition to reporting ads, you might find the following tips helpful:

When you tap on the "x" button and it redirects to the advertiser's website, you might try to tap on the "back" button on your device. It might return you to the game but you might or might not get the reward for watching the ad.
On some ads, there is a button in a bottom corner of the ad. After tapping on that button, you can select "Broken" from a set of options.

It is important to report faulty ads. The more complaints submitted about a given ad, the greater the likelihood it will get fixed or removed completely
