[Candy Crush Saga][Microsoft App] – Facebook account fails to sync.

Build Version: 1.3191.1.0

Description:
During gameplay, when the player attempts to sync their Facebook account with the Candy Crush Saga Microsoft app, the synchronization process fails and player is unable to login.

Steps to Reproduce:

Launch the Candy Crush Saga Microsoft app.
Log in using a Facebook account.
Attempt to sync game progress.
Observe player is unable to login or connect with facebook accout.

Expected Result:
The game should successfully sync with the Facebook account and load the player’s saved progress.

Actual Result:
The Facebook account fails to sync with the Microsoft app, and progress is not updated

Severity: Major
Reproducibility: Always

This issue must be fixed ASAP as it impacts player progression.

Unfortunately, we cannot access individual player accounts from this Community. So, you might need to contact the Player Support team. I suggest 2 options:

If that does not work…

(2) reach out to our Player Support team via Contact us. That team will then have the needed information about your account and device, and they can.manually sync your accounts.

When using option (2), the initial reply will be an automated response. Generally, the instructions suggest you come to this Community. It will take about 72 hours for a real agent to reach out to you! If they are busy, it could take even longer!

If you did not hear back after 48 hours from your initial complaint, please send a reminder email (by replying to that automated email) and inform the Support team that you are still waiting for their assistance. A response from a real agent will include a ticket number in the title line.
