I have used the coconut wheels on levels. Doesn’t that count as a booster because it still says 0 out of 5?
The in-level boosters are the switch hand, lollipop hammer, UFO, party popper, and striped brush.
The Coconut Wheel is selected before the level starts, and such boosters do not count for this task. (But there is another task that you may encounter that counts them).
Actually, you can use any of the five in-level boosters, not just the switch hand or lollipop. The use of timed boosters counts too.
You have to use a Lollipop or Free Switch to complete the Chocolate Box task as indicated @Deal_One

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
