I am sorry but the only way out of this situation now would be to use several hand switches to move both sprinks to the exits, but I think you would need seven hand switches in total.
I am not sure how you managed to get into this situation. I suspect that you have encountered a glitch or a level that has not been reviewed recently. You might want to complain about this to player support:
I do think that King have taken steps to avoid this kind of glitch in recent months, so if you report this level and include the screenshot they might give you some compensation.
