Level 783 is impossible. Not just hard, impossible. I have been trying to beat it for 3 months. IS THERE ANYWAY TO BEAT THIS LEVEL?

It takes two color bomb + wrap combinations after opening the board a bit to win this. Such levels where you need to collect something from lucky candies are often a pain. Here, you are required to collect toffees that have multiple layers and are all located near the bottom, so wraps are necessary.
Of course, there's no telling if and when the game will give you a good enough board that allows you to make two such combos. But, if you are in a position where you can choose to make a color bomb + stripe or color bomb + wrap combination, try to create a combination with a wrapped candy.
Other combinations with wraps, such as fish and wrap combo, can be useful too. However, given that you need 70 toffees, at least one color bomb and wrap combination is a must, I think.
Hi @Amirali9729 Candy Crush is full of impossible levels. The way to play is to never run out of gold bars so that you can pay your way out of the impossible levels.
If I say "impossible" then strictly speaking that is not the case. If you play this level often enough, say 20 times or 25 times, chances are that the game will let you pass without boosters. There is no trick to this. All you have to do is follow the hints or use the same rules of play as the hints, which are:
Those are the hints the game will give players now, in that order of priority from top to bottom. They usually will lead to the "best possible outcome" for the board you are playing. Each time you load a board there will be a different best possible outcome. Often this will be a "near miss", which means that you get close enough so if you pay 10 gold bars for 5 or more extra moves then you will pass. The game is all about budgeting your gold and boosters wisely. If you do that then you can win episode races and make more gold.
I cannot believe the game would hold up a player at this level for three months. I strongly suggest that you turn on hints and play exactly the moves that the game suggests to you. Usually if you are stuck for so long on one level the game will also give players timed starting boosters needed to pass from events such as the daily treat machine. The game will then place those on your opening board in places where they will help to form a combo and give you the help and the hints to pass such a level.
