Hi @Arya_44 👋 Just to explain what’s happening here: video ads are not a permanent feature and they’re not available to all players all the time.
Ads are shown to different groups of players, and those groups can change. That’s why:
If ads aren’t showing right now, there’s nothing wrong with your game and there’s no action needed from your side. Just make sure your game is up to date and keep playing as usual.
I know it can be frustrating when ads disappear, especially if you’re used to them, but this is how the feature currently works.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
