Just to explain what’s happening here: video ads are not a permanent feature and they’re not available to all players all the time.

Ads are shown to different groups of players, and those groups can change. That’s why:

You might not see an ad after every failed level
Ads can disappear and come back later
Another player may have ads while you don’t

If ads aren’t showing right now, there’s nothing wrong with your game and there’s no action needed from your side. Just make sure your game is up to date and keep playing as usual.

I know it can be frustrating when ads disappear, especially if you’re used to them, but this is how the feature currently works.
