Game froze after purchase

I bought 10 gold bars to continue a level specifically not to lose my super charged color bombs or my streak and of course the game froze on the payment successful page and I tried everything before just having close out of the game and of course I lost everything. This also happens a lot if jump to another app for a bit then go back or if my phone accidentally dies. I lose all my stuff. I know there’s only so much you guys can do about that but it’s not fair
