Legendary levels are ridiculously hard, impossible without hold bars and many boosters. I think algorithms are against winning without spending more and more.

@Kerry-2 I have the same problem with legendary levels.
legendary levels are only for you to make money. After 3 weeks on one level is ridiculous. I have been playing candy crush since the beginning of the game. Now living on social security, I can no longer afford to play. No game should put seniors into bankruptcy. Do you seriously think giving players 255 chances to win a game if you pay makes any sense? I am begging you to reconsider this ridiculous algorithm. Fix it or you are going to loose players.
Legendary wouldn't be so bad except most of them have only 20 or 25 moves. The developers know those levels are impossible without boosters or gold bars and that is on purpose. Why, Money, Money, Money. So we either quit, spend money or play on the same level for weeks. Obviously, CC could care less what we choose.
If you are stuck on an upper level at this point with no gold left then there are few choices. There are lots of glitches in the events that will allow some players to carry on playing exploiting those, but we can't share about these in this community. Generally however the only way to carry on at this point is to have a lot of gold still in the account to fall back on. These levels will drain our gold reserves, so if you have none left, it means it will cost a lot of real money to carry on.

What level are you playing at? For levels up to 3000 it's possible to make gold, 3000-6000 I'm not sure at the moment, levels 7000-9000 are hellish and I think designed to make us lose gold. Levels 17,000 and up are definitely designed to drain our gold reserves. Anyone who has no gold left might want to read this:
You have to win an episode or events to get the gold but need the gold to do it so a catch 22 situation
Candy Crush is a gold budgeting game: Earn enough gold in the episode races and events to pay your way out of legendary and nightmarish levels. If you run out of gold then I think generally it's time to quit.
