After logging out and trying to reset my password, I discovered that my email account had been deleted and I did not receive a email to reset my password. I have now set up another account with a new email. Can I get my progress back?
I got my levels back. Thanks to Candy Crush support.

We are not able to access individual player accounts from this Community. Instead, you will need to reach out to King's Player Support team (a) using the game app or (b) via the online form at 👉Contact us👈.
To contact Player Support through your game:
Using this method enables the Player Support Team to have your account and device information without asking for it. But you will still need to provide them with both of your email addresses and Game IDs if different.
If you use the online form, the initial reply will probably be an automated message The general instructions always suggest you come to this Community, but we cannot resolve your issue.. It will take about 72 hours for a real agent to reach out to you! If they are busy, it could take even longer!
If you did not hear back after 48 hours from your initial contact, please send a reminder email (by replying to that automated email) and inform the Support team that you are still waiting for their assistance. A response from a real agent will include a ticket number in the title line.

Hi @LooneyBird your screenshot shows the game Candy Crush Saga, not Candy Crush Friends Saga. These are two different games. In Candy Crush Friends Saga, there's a scrapbook where the unlocked characters (friends and their costumes) are saved.
Since that's not your game, my question isn't relevant to you.
Now, regarding your problem: We can help you restore your progress to level 9077.
I need the user ID from your new account (i.e., the new email address). Please open Candy Crush Saga, where you logged in with the new email address. Then, follow these steps:
Please only provide your player ID and no personal information such as email address, phone number, or address.
We can restore your progress, but not the boosters or gold bars you had on your old account (old email address).

I took a photo on my husband's tablet of my character and the levels that I was on. I'm not sure what you mean about characters in my scrapbook.
