How do I get to "My Profile" Acct. to check my settings?

I understand your frustration when you did not receive the rewards the Candy Crush Saga rewards you expected when using your Microsoft Rewards.
Unfortunately, we cannot access records for individual player accounts from this Community. In order to receive the best possible assistance, please reach out to our Player Support team using the game app or via the Contact us online form. That team will then have the needed information about your account and device.
To reach Player Support through your game, do the following:
Indicate that your are reporting a problems with a purchase and that team should be able to assist or compensate you.

You did not address the problem I've been having with using "my Rewards" to get "80 Golf Bars and Infinity lives" for one week (for using 1,500 rewards points in Microsoft Rewards and for it being my first time I used rewards. How many times do I have t tell you that we did NOT receive the Bars or Infinity Lives. This an Appeal to King that this should be looked into. I'd appreciate this to being looked into. I cannot figure what is wrong. But something is definitely wrong. Thank You, Dorothy Thompson

You can access your Community profile by tapping on your avatar in the upper right corner of the page. Then tap on your avatar again to access your profile. You can then tap on the pink drop-down button to see and "Edit" your profile settings. Once there, I encourage you to carefully select which types of notifications you want to receive. The column headed by the bell icon will deliver notifications only in this Community if selected; the column headed by the "Inbox" icon will deliver notifications to your actual email account if selected. You can always change the settings in your profile if you don't like your current selections.
