Could you tell us a bit more about what you see when you tap the Help Center (the question mark icon) in the game?

For example:

Does nothing happen at all when you tap it?
Does it try to open but then close or show an error?
Do you see a blank page?

If possible, a screenshot of what you see after tapping the Help Center would really help.

Also, please let us know:

Which device you’re playing on
Your game app version

Once we have that, we can look into whether this is device-specific or something else.
