Super colour bomb issue

Every time I have got a super colour bomb in the past couple of weeks I get a screen explaining how to use it, but my only way out of the screen is to close the app and restart.

I thus lose the bomb and a life. Is this a known problem?

I play on an iPad but I can’t find the game version. I did delete and reinstall it a few days ago to see if that would resolve it

Things have now developed and I can’t get rid of the colour bomb by restarting the app. I now have to wait for the bomb to live its course before I can play again. Perhaps this is a message that it is time to move on from Candy Crush

So I can check this with the team, could you let me know:

Which device you’re playing on (for example iPhone, Android, tablet)?
Which game app version you have installed? (You can find this in the game settings.)

Once I have that, I can take it from there and see what’s going on. Thanks for flagging it!
