Yet again, I’ve paid money for the gold season pass and now can’t claim any of the items. I know it’s a known issue but it had been working for me in the last few weeks. I think I’ll probably eventually get the items, but it now means I can’t take part in the other events this weekend as I’m stuck on a level and refuse to give king any more money for nothing. I still can’t collect pins either despite raising a ticket - that has also been completely ignored. I’m so fed up with the money grabbing and lack of support.
