Here my results from five leaderboards in the Valentine event qualifiers:
All these accounts started within 45 minutes of the event, so played three full days.
Scores per level are an average over all the levels played, so are more accurate for players who passed the most levels.

So here we have it:
The scores to beat were those of players in fourth place. In each case playing one or two episodes per day would have been enough to qualify. I also see this on other boards published in this community. The actual scores of the fourth placed players I had to beat were:
8519 in Cornflower's group (x10 tokens)
1554 in Dahlia's group (x 10 tokens)
796 in Nasturtium's group (x5 tokens)
9102 in Echinacea's group (x30 tokens)
2494 in Allium's group (x10 tokens)
This may or may not be random with regard to my own progress, or it may be according to test groups according to the multiplier tokens given.
*Echinacea played at levels 601-770 then logged into an existing game and played levels 8349-8360.

What I would conclude from this is: The number of purple candies crushed over a larger range of episodes is about 120-150 for most players. My own games scored between 130 and 150 across some very different level ranges.
So what are King testing out with this?
My guess would be this:
King's bots should be able to spot any outliers easily now that the purple counts possible is so controlled. King's bots will have information on the multiplier token usage, players don't. I could work it out from the data for some players who only crushed 1-5 levels, but for players crushing more it is impossible for us to know if they were milking a level (very few such levels still exist, but some are still out there) or using a multiplier. So the aim might be test out if the use of multiplier tokens would work for All Stars: the bots would be able to spot cheaters but the complaints from players could easily be answered with "They used their multiplier tokens", so less work for admin and for Player Support and less chance of any complaints in the first place. There is also a possibility that King are using the data to spot the last few levels left that can score more than the standard purple rates. If this is true then those levels will all be gone by the time we play All Stars.
