Hello, I’m playing Candy Crush Saga on Android. My progress is currently linked to a King account email I no longer have access to. I want to move my progress to a new King account.

Hey @eminent1 . Yes please, enter the game with the new email, play a couple of levels and then when you're ready let me know and I'll move you to the correct level. If you see that it doesn't change today it's because I end my shift in about an hour, but if so I'll do it tomorrow as soon as I can :)

Yes, please try to update the email there to the new one you do have access now.

Hi @eminent1, I would definitely see if you can enter your new email address and do NOT verify your old one. The verification process must be completed within 48 hours (?) or it expires, so that is a safeguard.
Regarding replies from Player Support: The automatic response you receive is the initial reply that everybody receives after contacting them. The initial instructions always suggest you come to this Community. It will take about 72 hours for a real agent to reach out to you! If they are busy, it could take even longer!
If you did not hear back after 48 hours from your initial complaint, please send a reminder email (by replying to that automated email) and inform the Support team that you are still waiting for their assistance. A response from a real agent will include a ticket number in the title line.

Thanks, i can only see a place asking me to verify my email. If i enter my new email, will it work? I sent a message through the link in your reply but it directed me back to the community.
@eminent1, if you haven't already tried it, I suggest you reach out to Player Support through your game:
This way our Player Support Team will have access to your game account and device details. Be sure to ask them to merge your progress into the King account with the valid email and delete the inactive email address.
Unfortunately, we can't access individual player accounts from this Community.
Thanks, I tried it but I didn't see any option to change my email and I tried contacting the player support and they kept referring me to the forum. Is there anything I can do? I don't want to loose my progress.
