I don't understand why the moderators cannot give us a straight answer about why things have changed in this game? I noticed that the lower the level someone is on, they're the ones getting boosters. This makes absolutely no sense!! I have asked many, many times about why the Sweet Cinema changed, and will King ever bring back the chances of getting the Free Switch??!! As of today, it's still the 10/10 chances. Now I have 7 hard, nightmare, legendary levels in a row to get through, and although I have some gold bars, the Free Switch would help me(somewhat) to get through these ridiculous impossible levels!! Gold bars, are the only answer to this problem, but not everyone has them to help. Hopefully, someone can give an explanation of why the changes in the game, so it get be a game that should be enjoyable, not impossible!

Thanks for the information. The reason I mention the moderators when it comes to this game, it's because I don't know who reads these messages and I figured King eventually will hear about these issues. After many times of bringing up this Free Switch problem, I will wait and see if any changes are made. Thanks again!

Hi @stephanie2024 The moderators can't give you those answers because they aren't being informed by King why these changes are made. King are secretive and don't tell anyone why they run the game the way they do. There really isn't anyone here who can give you those answers.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I understand the rewards are different for all players, and I hope that you addressing this to the support team, that hopefully they'll make the necessary changes.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I can see that you have inquire about this in the past and I can see that you have also mentioned previously that you have gotten access to the Sweet Cinema after it was missing.

In regards to the rewards, I understand that the Free Switch is valuable and most helpful in levels, however the rewards given are completely randomized for the feature, so we can not guarantee which booster is the one that you might get. I understand you feel that you get more often some boosters than others but I am afraid with this we might need some "luck".

Nevertheless I am happy to share your feedback with our designers so we can perhaps look into the probabilities of the rewards given, however no promises, but rest assure this is valuable so that we can continue to shape future game updates into better experiences.
