I have recently had a really poor interaction with support. I am a customer of King for over 20 years. Recently I have had a problem with the Chocolate Box. This feature was stuck on one task for about 3 weeks. I contacted "support" and one of the Bots gave me instructions which I followed which didn't work. Since then the issue with chocolate box has been resolved by King and it was clearly not unique to me.
My issue, which a series of Bots failed to understand, was with the pins collection challenge which had been ongoing for 4 weeks. I had played into a position where I was 3 pins short of completing the task. I was unable to complete the task due to time constraints. I informed King of ybis i advance. Had the chocolte box been available I would have comfortably completed the task as chocolate box gave the opportunity to win pins.
For me it was obvious what King should do. Award a loyal, long term, paying customer with the items and 150 gold bars which I would have comfortably won. Insteadvthe bot thanked me for my feedback which it would pass on to the developers !!! Really poor services.Badly done King
